Move one morning commissioner meeting to the late afternoon/early evening at least once every two weeks.
Publish a monthly newsletter explaining what the commissioners are doing to make Sandusky County better.
Provide visual and/or audio recordings that are available without a public records request along with live streaming of the commissioner meetings.
As commissioner, I will make the office my full time job.
I will have hours set daily for direct communication in person, over the phone or digitally.
This position will my #1 focus. Far too many elected officials make their public office a secondary or even tertiary priority.
I will not have major commitments unrelated to the office to distract me from my duties.
The majority population in Sandusky County are blue-collar workers. I AM a blue-collar worker.
I have experience as an enlisted US Army Military Policeman, manual laborer, factory worker, retail associate and currently a Class A CDL truck driver.
